Kitchen Helper

Bread, Beer and Brez'n (BB&B) is an authentic beer garden at the heart of Singapore (Killiney Road) that is popular for its wide range of German premium beers, wines and German culinary dishes. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helpers to support our kitchen operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, portioning, plating)
• Prepare simple dishes and pre-prepped items according to SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
• Assist with stock receiving and storage
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support chefs during service (prep, packing, basic cooking tasks)

Requirements

• No experience required (training provided)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good work ethic
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit (standing for long hours, light lifting)

Working Hours: 48 hours per week, Shift Scheduling
