Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
Support meal serving during peak hours
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and washing areas
Wash utensils, trays, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness standards at all times
Assist with stock handling and kitchen organization
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor
Mandatory: Valid Food & Hygiene Certificate
Experience in staff canteen, catering, or food service is an advantage
Able to stand for long hours & carry food tray
Responsible, punctual, and a team player
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (if required)
