KITCHEN CREW

Job Responsibilities

• Be efficient and competent at assigned work stations
• Keeping a vigilant eye to kitchen environment and defects on site, be it facilities or equipment
• Alerting cinema management team of any defects on site
• Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered
• Assisting in stock taking
• Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock
• Storing ingredients and preparing food orders according to prescribed food safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Able to understand and write simple English
• Must be physically fit and able to multi-task
• Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends and beyond midnight
• Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
• Must be fully vaccinated
