They are currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support the culinary team in maintaining high standards during lunch and dinner services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place accurately for lunch and dinner services to support timely meal preparation
- Follow menu standards to assist chefs in preparing Italian and French dishes with consistent quality
- Clean and organize kitchen workstations and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Apply food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices strictly to comply with health regulations
- Manage food storage and rotate stock to minimize waste and maintain ingredient freshness
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service operations
Requirements
- Approximately 2-3 years of relevant kitchen experience, preferably in Italian or French cuisine
- Basic understanding of classic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
