Job Summary

The Kitchen Assistant is essential in helping the kitchen staff by preparing ingredients, keeping the workspace clean, and supporting daily kitchen operations. Job Description:

• Support basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure that all areas within the outlets remain clean and hygienic.
• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain efficiency and effectiveness while working under pressure.
• Assist customers with the POS system as needed.
• Responsible for waste management and dishwashing support when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Formal education is not necessary on-the-job training will be offered.
• Previous experience in food handling or kitchen operations is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work effectively and quickly in a confined, high-paced setting.
• A basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices is required.
• Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
