Monthly Salary: Up to $2,300 (Negotiable)
Working Address: Thomson Plaza or Plaza Singapura
Working Hours: 6-day work week (minimum 44 hours)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Follow workplace safety procedures at all times in the kitchen
Maintain food hygiene standards
Ensure cleanliness of assigned workstations
Apply the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method for food items and kitchen supplies, while maintaining accurate stock levels
Assist in the preparation of meals
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management team
Perform daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Handle various kitchen stations confidently
Assist with stock receiving and stock counts
Support with ordering of supplies
Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in a professional F&B kitchen environment is preferred
Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage, but not required
Able to work a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays
