Warehouse Operations Manager

. Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory control

. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with customer SLAs

. Monitor KPIs (e.g., productivity, accuracy, turnaround time) and implement improvements

. Act as the key point of contact for 3PL clients

. Manage client expectations, service performance, and issue resolution

. Conduct regular service review meetings with customers

. Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits

. Maintain compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards

. Lead, train, and develop warehouse and custom service staff

. Plan manpower allocation and optimize workforce productivity

. Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives

. Manage warehouse operating budget and control costs

. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations

. Other duties as assigned
