- Specific Locations (Rotating shift with 1‑hour break):8:00am - 6:00pm10:00am - 8:00pmMidnight Shift (3‑hour break): 8:00pm - 8:00am
- Other Locations:Between 12:00pm - 10:00pmMay be required to work overtime in the morning between 9:00am - 12:00pm, depending on operational needs
Job Description
- Assist the Cook in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking activities
- Prepare and cook food according to assigned menus, approved recipes, and portion standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Sort, store, and distribute ingredients properly in accordance with food safety, storage, and stock rotation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations in compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs
- Comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times
- Support other kitchen‑related duties as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment
- Physically able to lift, carry, and handle loads of approximately 10-15kg
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and hygiene practices
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow instructions from kitchen supervisors
- Team‑oriented, reliable, responsible, and able to work well with others
