KITCHEN ASSISTANT: (Food Manufacturing)
Must have at least 3 years of culinary operation experience in food manufacturing business.
Liaise with Clients on their product requirements and expectations.
Able to monitor/direct the kitchen's full operations.
- Communicate and relate effectively at the workplace.
- Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate basic knife skills.
- Engage in service innovation initiatives.
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Grill ready-to-use products.
- Maintain food and beverage production environment.
- Maintain quality control procedures.
- Maintain safe and secure working environment.
- Prepare Western cold sauces.
- Prepare fish and seafood for cooking.
- Prepare meat and poultry for cooking.
- Prepare vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms.
- Receive and store products.
- Understand halal food requirements.
- Work in a team.
- Ensure timely delivery of all food products. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
