Job Scope:
Location: Dover Road
Duration: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026. (Service is not required from 1 Dec to 31 Dec 2026)
Salary: $2000/Month
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service may be required on some Saturdays to support ad hoc school events.
Service is not required on Sundays and gazetted public holidays and most Saturdays.
Requirements:
1. Attended or in process of attending food related certification modules or courses (e.g. Food Safety and Hygiene, Baking course, etc.).
2. Food related certification would be advantageous.
3. Previous experience of at least 3 months in performing a similar function involving food handling would be advantageous.
4. Experience in performing planning or administrative tasks would be advantageous.
5. Familiar with operating common kitchen equipment such as mixers, electric ovens and gas and induction cookers in the Food Lab.
6. Familiar with preparing portions of ingredients by weight or volume.
