Responsibilities:
. Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in handling operational and administrative tasks.
. Act as the primary communication liaison between key customers and internal teams.
. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance brand loyalty and competitiveness.
. Process price changes, listing forms, and promotional submissions accurately and on time.
. Coordinate internally with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
. Track promotional implementation and send proof of execution where required.
. Monitor stock levels and communicate out-of-stock issues to relevant parties.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account activities, contracts, and pricing agreements.
. Prepare sales reports and monthly performance trackers as required.
. Conduct market and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.
Requirements:
. Diploma preferably in Business/Marketing or relevant field.
. 2 years of experience in FMCG sales support or account coordination (preferably in Modern Trade).
. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
