This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to join our team and elevate our business to new heights. Reporting to the Head of Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding results in collaboration with our customers and local distributor.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers, aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Drive performance against KPIs, including sales targets, MSL, SOS, and display compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing to develop category plans and ensure 'best-in-class' 4P execution.
  • Partner with Demand Planning to meet or exceed customer service level expectations.
  • Manage trade spend effectively to achieve net revenue targets and prevent overspending.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Trade Marketing, Medical Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
  • Lead trading terms negotiations with key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Analyse market trends and provide regular insights into the competitive landscape.
  • Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to address any gaps or issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

The experience we&aposre looking for

  • Bachelor&aposs degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years&apos experience in key account management, preferably within OTC or FMCG; experience in Convenience Channel or Western Pharmacy is a plus
  • Exposure to Category Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing is an advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Adaptable and agile in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Tenacious and resilient, with a strong drive to overcome challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable plans
