Key Account Manager (Technology/Engineering)

Looking for an Acocunt manager to manage and nurturing strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, aligning with client needs to deliver exceptional service and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent communication and understanding of their evolving needs.
• Strategic Account Planning:
  Develop and execute account plans that align with client goals and service offerings, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Project Coordination:
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of outsourcing solutions, meeting client expectations and project timelines.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track and report on account performance metrics, client satisfaction, and service delivery quality. Proactively address issues and implement improvements.
• Contract & SLA Management:
  Oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Market Intelligence:
  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in Outsourcing or BPO environments.
• Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering client success.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
