1. Develop marketing strategies and sales plan with client to meet company's annual sales, market & profit margin for new and existing customers.
2. Conduct regular customer visits to monitor sales performance, inventory levels, merchandising standards, and on-shelf availability.
3. Follow up on in-store promotional activities to drive sell-through and improve sales performance.
4. Analyse sales performance, track key performance indicators, propose feasible measures to improve sales growth, and ensure targets are achieved.
5. Negotiate pricing, promotions, contracts, and annual agreements.
6. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities or adjust sales strategies.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of relevant sales experience (FMCG / retail / distribution / pet industry experience preferred).
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
