Key Account Manager
We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of leading global toys and games brands across e-commerce and retail channels in Singapore and the region.
You'll own the commercial relationship with key retail and distributor partners planning sales, managing promotions, driving new product launches, and working closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain to make it all happen.
What you'll do:
- Plan and deliver sales targets, forecasts, and inventory alignment
- Manage sell-in and sell-through across key retail and distributor accounts
- Drive promotions, campaigns, and retail activations
- Lead new product launches and ensure strong market execution
- Collaborate closely across teams to deliver seamless operations and commercial success
What we're looking for:
- 58 years of experience in key account management, sales, or trade marketing
- Hands-on experience managing retail and wholesale accounts in FMCG or consumer goods
- Track record driving promotions and channel programs
- Toys and games experience is a plus, not a must
- Great communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Degree not required strong commercial sense matters more
