Job Description:
. Lead and manage the Ecommerce team to achieve sales and growth targets.
. Oversee account strategies, ensuring consistent execution of campaigns, promotions, and stock clearance initiatives across markets.
. Develop and implement regional business plans, aligning with company goals and local market dynamics.
. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the Key Account Executives/Associates within the team.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and key brand partners at a regional level.
. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
. Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution across countries.
. Represent the company in regional business reviews and negotiations with platform partners and brand stakeholders.
Basic Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
. 4+ years of experience in e-commerce key account management, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
. Proven experience managing multi-platforms
. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop team members.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
. Fluent in English and Mandarin
. Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment.
