Role Summary:
This role is expected to take over the existing business of managing distributors and retailers in the toys and games category, to scale the revenue in line with growth targets. The role will start with the toys and games category, and will later be expected to manage distributors and retailers in other product categories.
About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of leading global toys and games brands across e-commerce and retail channels in Singapore and the region. You'll own the commercial relationship with key retail and distributor partners planning sales, managing promotions, driving new product launches, and working closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain to make it all happen.
Experience with managing offline distributors. Experience with business planning, target setting, managing PO's, collection of dues, negotiating and managing joint marketing programs, experience with tracking inventory. Experience with directly managing retailers, managing daily / weekly / monthly contacts with buyers, managing retail activation, management of channel margins, marketing funds.
What you'll do:
Plan and deliver sales targets, forecasts, and inventory alignment
Manage sell-in and sell-through across key retail and distributor accounts
Drive promotions, campaigns, and retail activations
Lead new product launches and ensure strong market execution
Collaborate closely across teams to deliver seamless operations and commercial success
What we're looking for:
experience in key account management, sales, or trade marketing
Hands-on experience managing retail and wholesale accounts in FMCG or consumer goods
Track record driving promotions and channel programs
Toys and games experience is a plus, not a must
Great communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Degree not required strong commercial sense matters more
