They focus on expanding business opportunities and ensuring buyers have access to a wide assortment of products at competitive prices. The Social team oversees livestream sellers, with a key objective of accelerating livestream revenue and reinforcing Shopee's presence in the rapidly growing live commerce space.
Job Description
- Develop business insights and secure seller investments through close collaboration and strong negotiation with diverse social sellers, often business owners
- Drive campaign and sales strategies of key accounts to achieve category and account ambitions
- Analyse account performance and sales metrics to optimise Livestream outcomes, including viewership, conversion, and revenue
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to refine Livestream and social selling strategies
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, revenue, operations, and product teams to enhance Livestream quality and ensure seamless execution
- Lead in-team projects focused on expanding Livestream initiatives to improve commercial and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Experience in e-commerce industry is preferred
