Confidential Search | Key Account Manager, Greater China | Beauty / Personal Care | Singapore

A global European beauty / personal care brand is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager, Greater China to join its regional hub in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this is an individual contributor role focused on managing distributor partners across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The right-fit candidate must have direct experience managing these markets, or significant in-market experience across Greater China.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage distributor partners across Greater China, covering China, Hong Kong and Taiwan

  • Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and other key commercial discussions with external partners

  • Drive business performance across sell-in, sell-out, forecasting, and retail execution

  • Identify risks and growth opportunities, and turn them into clear commercial actions

  • Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to keep market priorities aligned

Key requirements

  • Mandatory: Direct experience in managing China, Hong Kong, and/or Taiwan markets, with strong understanding of local commercial, retail, and consumer nuances

  • Over 5 years experience in regional management of partners/distributors in beauty/personal care categories. Strong adjacent backgrounds in fashion, lifestyle, or sports are also relevant

  • Proven track record in achieving sell-in, sell-out, and other business targets consistently

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Thrive in an individual contributor position
