We are seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to accelerate growth across key retail, wholesale, pharmacy, and e-commerce channels for our client's consumer healthcare portfolio in Singapore. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening strategic customer partnerships, expanding in-store visibility, and maximizing trade investment effectiveness.
The ideal candidate combines strong account management and negotiation capabilities with deep understanding of consumer healthcare or FMCG trade environments. You should be confident managing retail buyers, leading commercial discussions, optimizing promotional ROI, and independently executing account growth strategies in a competitive market.
This role is best suited for candidates with proven success managing modern trade, pharmacy chains, distributors, or consumer healthcare accounts within OTC healthcare, FMCG, personal care, wellness, or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve sales and market share targets within assigned trade spend budgets.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth across retail, wholesale, pharmacy, and e-commerce channels.
- Identify new business opportunities, distribution gaps, and growth initiatives within assigned accounts.
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Lead regular business reviews with key accounts to align on sales performance, promotions, and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotional activities, and trade terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Trade Marketing & Retail Execution
- Improve product visibility, shelf presence, and in-store execution through effective merchandising and Point-of-Purchase (POP) initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement impactful promotions and customer activation programs.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI to optimize trade investments.
Market & Commercial Insights
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to support business decisions and identify opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting and commercial updates to management on account performance, sales trends, and market developments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and smooth execution of commercial activities.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Resolve account-related issues professionally and promptly to maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Provide product and commercial support to customers and their teams where required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- No less than 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within Consumer Healthcare, OTC, FMCG, Personal Care, Wellness, or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key retail, pharmacy, wholesale, or distributor accounts.
- Experience managing trade promotions, commercial negotiations, and trade spend budgets.
- Strong understanding of retail execution, merchandising, and channel management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with pharmacy chains, modern trade, distributors, or e-commerce platforms will be highly advantageous.
