Our client is a Germany MNC .Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Key Account Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Drive overall sales performance by achieving sales targets while ensuring budget control and profitability
- Partner closely with retailers and distributors to formulate and implement long-term business growth strategies
- Plan and execute effective sales and trade marketing initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align trade and above-the-line activities with business objectives
- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing structures, and trading terms
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of sales and marketing campaigns
- Prepare and monitor sales forecasts to support market demand planning
- Oversee demand planning and inventory movement to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare monthly sales reports and provide insights on sales performance
- Identify business opportunities and gaps to drive continuous growth
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industry is bonus
- Experience working with distributors/modern trade channels
