- Manage and grow relationships with key corporate accounts through structured engagement and account development strategies.
- Identify and capture revenue opportunities in Supply Chain Financing, Factoring, and related financial solutions through cross-selling initiatives.
- Drive strategic collaborations and referral partnerships that contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
- Conduct regular client reviews and onsite engagements to ensure strong account performance and high client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, overseeing issue resolution and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in corporate or SME banking, or equivalent roles within financial services.
- Working knowledge of supply chain finance and factoring products.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
