Key Account Manager (Client Servicing & Strategy)

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for candidates who enjoy managing multiple client deliverables and being involved in day-to-day coordination. It is ideal for someone who is eager to grow into a Key Account Manager position and build a long-term career in a creative agency environment.

Strong organisational and planning skills to ensure projects and campaigns run smoothly
A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Proactive and willing to take ownership while learning on the job
Good understanding of 360 marketing channels (ATL, BTL, TTL)
Familiarity with branding, digital/social media, and website projects within a creative environment
Ability to write clear and structured creative briefs
Basic understanding of analytics and willingness to learn more
Independent, reliable, and a strong team player
Fast learner who is adaptable to different project requirements
Client Management & Communication
Support the management of client accounts and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day communications
Attend client meetings, prepare contact reports, and ensure proper follow-ups
Ask the right questions to understand client objectives and deliverables
Project Coordination & Execution
Manage timelines, schedule meetings, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution
Monitor projects from start to finish to ensure quality before delivery
Campaign Planning & Support
Support the preparation of proposals and marketing plans with guidance
Assist in developing media plans and budget planning
Prepare clear creative briefs for internal teams
Digital Campaigns & Reporting
Support the setup and management of digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Track and prepare basic performance reports and insights
Learn and apply campaign optimisation techniques over time
Administrative & Operational Support
Prepare quotations, update tracking sheets, and follow internal processes
Ensure campaigns are well-organised and documented
Escalate issues to the General Manager when required
Ideas & Team Contribution
Contribute ideas to improve campaigns and client work
Support pitches and new business opportunities when required
Supportive team environment with guidance and mentorship
Exposure to a wide range of branding, digital, and web projects
Opportunity to grow into a more senior client-facing role
