Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade accounts
Support end‑to‑end management of assigned accounts, including planning, execution, and performance tracking
Track sales performance, sell‑out, inventory, promotion effectiveness, and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate trading terms and promotional activities.
Plan, execute and assess the effectiveness of various trade promotional activities
Work closely with field operations and merchandising teams to ensure in‑store execution excellence, including planogram, pricing, and promotional compliance
Support and resolve any trade issues & other day-to-day operations matters
Monitor the P&L of assigned Modern Trade accounts
Conduct store visits whenever necessary
Stay abreast with market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential risks
Perform other assign ad-hoc duties such as stock take, exchanges and returns
Skills and requirements:
3-4 years experience in FMCG industry &/or Modern Trade environment
Motivated to achieve sales target
Able to multi-task
Goal Oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
