Roles & Responsibilities
A. Expand Business and Maximize Contribution for KA Segment
Assist the Team Head in guiding and supporting countries on:
- Achieving and exceeding CGM targets
- Ensuring alignment and compliance with GHQ policies and guidelines
- Supporting country sales heads in resolving issues in a timely manner
- Acting as a liaison and advocate for countries with TM/SYM on related matters and issues
B. Increase Business Portfolio
- Support the development and execution of strategies with country sales teams to maximize the share of Regional Key Accounts (RKA) and Local Key Accounts (LKA) within the SAS Region
C. Digitalize Business Portfolio
- Support countries in achieving targeted adoption and utilization of electronic business tools and digital solutions
D. Overdue Ratio Management
- Analyse Key Account overdue cases across the region and follow up with the respective countries to ensure timely resolution
E. RKA Program Governance
- Support the monitoring and analysis of RKA program governance within the region
- Ensure alignment of Sales Process SOPs and KPIs with ONE Force standards and requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in service management, sales excellence, business analysis, or data analysis
- Experience in the shipping or maritime industry is preferred
- Experience using CRM and/or case management systems and processes
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to develop dashboards and generate actionable insights
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different organizational levels and geographies
