Job Description

Position Overview

Focus on developing new business opportunities within the architecture and interior design community in Singapore. Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with stakeholders and generating project specifications converting into sales opportunities

Responsibilities / Duties

· Proactively identify and engage with interior designers, architects, and design firms in Singapore

· Promote company products and solutions through presentations, meetings, and networking using agreed resources

· Ensure a clear understanding of existing and future JUNG products/solutions through personal reading and attending internal training

· Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in the design and lighting industry

· Generate new project leads and pipeline to convert them into sales opportunities

· Organize and participate in product demonstrations, events, and showroom visits

· Joint efforts with Sales and Marketing team to ensure a constant stream of footfall in JUNG Experience Centre (JEC)

· Monitor market trend and competitor activities within the Design and Smart Home Automation space

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical) to support project execution

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

· Plan and implement project delivery / installation timeline in accordance with the agreed sales agreement

· Prepare and review monthly project pipeline projection reports. Review the annual project pipeline projection and ensure strategies are in place or implemented to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Escalates or highlight variance and discuss counter strategies where necessary

· Attend to any post-sales inquiries and present solutions to rectify the issues raised

· Be a JUNG brand ambassador in attending sales conferences or related social networking events to increase the number of potential specifiers and Project owners to work with

Requirements

1. Singaporean or Permanent Resident

2. Work Experience

· 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in design, construction, or related industries)

· Experience in smart home automation system & Internet of Things (IOT) is a plus

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to build rapport and influence design professionals

3. Education

· Background in design-related studies (e.g., Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design) or relevant work experience

· Capable of explaining technical jargons to non-technical stakeholders

4. Personality

· Positive and outgoing personality

· A hunter and go-getter attitude

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

· Take care of personal grooming

· Responsible in fulfilling tasks from end-to-end

5. IT Skills / Languages / Others

· Capable of working using MS Office Suite and Adobe Illustrator

· Has interest and experience in using Artificial Intelligence (AI)

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Good analytical skills

· Has a high degree of business acumen

· Bilingual in Proficient English (Written and spoken) and Mandarin

· Class 3 Driving License (optional)
