Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with Japanese clients while actively developing new business opportunities
- Analyze clients business environments, challenges, and requirements to propose optimal, value-driven solutions
- Conduct professional product presentations and solution demonstrations to customers and key stakeholders
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable account growth
- Collaborate closely with local internal sales teams and IT consultants to deliver integrated solutions
- Coordinate with Japan Headquarters and APAC sales teams to support regional business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B (corporate) sales
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
