Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with Japanese clients while actively developing new business opportunities
  • Analyze clients business environments, challenges, and requirements to propose optimal, value-driven solutions
  • Conduct professional product presentations and solution demonstrations to customers and key stakeholders
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable account growth
  • Collaborate closely with local internal sales teams and IT consultants to deliver integrated solutions
  • Coordinate with Japan Headquarters and APAC sales teams to support regional business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B (corporate) sales
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
