Job Description
We are a premium health and lifestyle brand seeking a Channel Sales Executive to manage our offline retail partners in Singapore and across Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring effective channel execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage offline health & beauty retail channels (Key Accounts) in Singapore.
- Support and coordinate with key accounts in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Vietnam etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and sales teams.
- Negotiate trade terms, promotions, and joint business plans with partners.
- Ensure execution of in-store promotions, trade marketing activities, and merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
- Support new product launches and retail expansion strategies.
- Conduct market visits to review execution and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or FMCG sales.
- Prior experience in health & beauty, FMCG, or retail channel management is preferred.
- Experience in managing overseas accounts (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam) is an advantage.
- Experience with leading global health & beauty retail chains (e.g., Watsons) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English Mandarin or Cantonese will be an advantage for liaising with regional partners.
