Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day service needs.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
