The Company

Our client, a well established investment management company, is currently hiring a Finance Manager on a 9 months contract (maternity cover).

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial, management, and statutory reporting, including preparing and reviewing corporate, fund, and portfolio company reports in line with accounting standards, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory updates. You will be involved in the annual budgeting, reforecasting, and variance analysis, as well as overseeing tax compliance through reviewing computations, managing filings, and supporting tax planning and restructuring. The position also contributes to treasury management by handling bank administration, monitoring cash flow, and planning liquidity needs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity across all financial processes.

Your Profile

You possess a degree in finance and accounting or its equivalent, with a professional certification (eg: CPA, ACCA, etc) and bring along with you a minimum of 8 years experience in the relevant space. You have a good understanding of the IFRS, have an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Immediate availability will be advantageous.
