Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients physical, mental, and emotional health to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve daily living skills and enhance functional abilities.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the rehabilitation process.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to manage and improve functionality.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Conduct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore.
