Responsibilities:
UX Thinking & Design Strategy
- Conduct user research, competitor audits, or heuristic evaluations to identify pain points and improvement areas.
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and interaction models.
- Design scalable systems with clear hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and adaptable states (e.g., empty, error, loading).
- Collaborate with PMs and developers to align business goals with user needs and deliver solutions that are both functional and delightful.
Creative & Visual Execution
- Craft intuitive and visually engaging UI components using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design responsive layouts and high-fidelity mockups that balance clarity, brand consistency, and accessibility.
- Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, testing insights, and evolving product requirements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Present your ideas and design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Contribute to team critiques with thoughtful feedback and openness to diverse perspectives.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and resolve UX edge cases.
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- 3 years in UI/UX or digital product design roles with a portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and mobile/web interaction patterns
- Entry level with good portfolio in corporate project are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
