Key Responsibilities:

. Create user-centered designs based on business requirements, user feedback, and research.

. Design intuitive and engaging UI elements and components.

. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.

. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

. Collaborate with developers to ensure proper design implementation.

. Create compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including logos, icons, illustrations, and marketing materials.

. Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.

. Design infographics and data visualizations for clear communication of complex information.

. Optimize graphics for various platforms and devices.

. Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce engaging video content.

. Create motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.

. Edit video footage and incorporate sound design.

. Ensure videos meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, or related field

. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

. 2+ years of experience in graphics design

. Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX, graphics, and video design/editing work

. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

. Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
