We are looking for a Junior System & Network Integration Engineer to join our delivery team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in system and network implementation work.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support - Assist in deploying and supporting Windows servers, virtual machines, and basic infrastructure components under guidance from senior engineers.
- Network Support - Assist in configuring and supporting LAN and WAN connectivity, IP addressing, and basic firewall or VPN setups.
- Integration & Implementation Work - Support system and network integration activities during project deployment, upgrades, and migrations.
- Operational Support - Perform Level 1 / 2 troubleshooting for system and network issues and escalate where required.
- Documentation & Diagrams - Maintain technical documentation, change records, and system / network diagrams.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networking concepts (e.g. Windows OS, IP addressing, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN basics)
- Exposure to Windows Server, virtualization, or networking through studies, labs, or internships is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on with system and network integration projects
- Able to follow structured procedures, document work, and escalate issues clearly
- Good attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team environment
