IT Network/Support Engineer

Job Description

. Install, configure network router, firewall, and WIFI access points.

. Install, configure system, software, peripherals, simple network.

. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults.

. Provide technical support across Singapore (onsite and/or remote).

. Provide maintenance support to clients across Singapore.

. Monitor and manage clients computer system and network.

. Provide up-to-date documentation of clients IT Infrastructure.

. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

. Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents.

. Minimum Diploma in IT, Computers or related field.

. Minimum 2 years experience in related field.

. Willing to learn and accept technical challenges.

. Technical support and hands-on training provided.
