What do we do
We provide building materials products such as top quality of stone and tile materials for all building and construction needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attending to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service with knowledge of product.
- Create sales invoices, arrange delivery orders and take in payments from customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service matters, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Follow up on due payments from customers.
- Manage display items as directed by manager.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Preferred
- Prior experience in industry is an advantage.
- Strong motivation in sales, shows good competency in communication and handling customers matters.
- Good team-player, has a pleasant personality and willingness to learn more on the job.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Able to work six days a week on rotation, including public holidays.
