Main Responsibilities
- Report to the Restaurant Manager and assist in daily operations
- Ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience for all customers
- Collect customer feedback to maintain high service standards
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and proper setup of the dining area
- Perform basic service duties such as ordering, serving, and table clearing
- Greet and seat customers upon arrival
- Handle opening and closing duties according to checklist
- Promote sales and be familiar with menu and ongoing promotions
- Coordinate food service flow between kitchen and service crew
- Handle cashiering and attend to customer inquiries or complaints
- Assist in monthly stock take and upselling of promotions/memberships
- Maintain team morale and service discipline
- Supervise and train service staff to meet restaurant standards
- Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong sense of hygiene and safety standards
Strong public relations and interpersonal skills
A good team player with leadership qualities
Capable of handling and servicing up to 8 tables
