Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Report to the Restaurant Manager and assist in daily operations
  • Ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience for all customers
  • Collect customer feedback to maintain high service standards
  • Oversee cleanliness, safety, and proper setup of the dining area
  • Perform basic service duties such as ordering, serving, and table clearing
  • Greet and seat customers upon arrival
  • Handle opening and closing duties according to checklist
  • Promote sales and be familiar with menu and ongoing promotions
  • Coordinate food service flow between kitchen and service crew
  • Handle cashiering and attend to customer inquiries or complaints
  • Assist in monthly stock take and upselling of promotions/memberships
  • Maintain team morale and service discipline
  • Supervise and train service staff to meet restaurant standards
  • Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Strong sense of hygiene and safety standards

Strong public relations and interpersonal skills

A good team player with leadership qualities

Capable of handling and servicing up to 8 tables
