Assist in analyzing tender documents, drawings, and project specifications to support cost estimation for ACMV, Electrical, Ducting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Sanitary systems.
Support site briefings, surveys, and basic data collection to understand project requirements.
Source and compile quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for comparison and evaluation.
Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), costing summaries, and tender submissions.
Perform basic cost analysis under guidance to support budgeting and cost optimization efforts.
Work closely with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align estimates with project requirements.
Support documentation and coordination throughout the tendering and project execution process.
Participate in site visits and inspections to gain a better understanding of project scope and systems.
Demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to team objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome candidates with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in ACMV/MEP estimation or projects will have an advantage.
Basic understanding or strong interest in ACMV and building services systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
