Job Scope
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients in Singapore within targeted industries
- Support outreach campaigns via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales executives
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and demos for clients
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
Client Engagement
- Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) with senior colleagues
- Understand client needs and map them to IFT World's digital transformation solutions (automation, AI, IT outsourcing, cloud, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service during the sales process
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales team to support campaigns
- Coordinate with delivery/technical teams for solution design input
- Share market insights and competitor updates with the team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or internship in IT/software/digital services (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong interest in digital transformation, IT outsourcing, automation, or cloud solutions
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
