Junior Revenue Specialist (Boutique Hotel)

Job Summary:

• Location: Havelock
• Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
• Salary: Up to S$3,200 per month
• Benefits: Meal allowance and Performance Allowance

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Revenue Executive to support revenue management strategies, optimize inventory, and analyse market trends.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue management strategies, tools, and processes.
• Analyse market trends, booking patterns, and competitor pricing.
• Create and manage pricing models, rate structures, and distribution channels.
• Ensure rate parity and accurate system updates across all platforms.
• Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, forecasts, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align revenue strategies.
• Provide guidance to reservations and front office teams on upselling and best practices.
• Recommend process improvements based on data insights.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or revenue management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and hotel systems (e.g., OPERA, iHotelier).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
