My client is a leading health tech business. We are looking for a Project Manager to support them on a strategic hire for the next 12 months with a view to possible extension.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can pick up diverse processes and tasks.
- Take ownership of end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables
- Deliver clear and timely communication, including executive reporting, status updates, and project documentation.
- Interface with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and guide them towards successful adoption and use of products
- Support and lead internal initiatives, including delivery of product features and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to ensure successful execution.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years ofexperienceworkingas Junior/Associate Project Manager ideally in a fast growth environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer interaction.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Background in healthtech or insurance would be beneficial
