Junior Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager / PMO to help drive project delivery across IT and business initiatives. You'll work closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects run smoothly - on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Support project planning, reporting, and governance processes
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
• 46 years of IT experience, including 23 in project coordination or PMO roles
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methods
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the Financial or Banking sector is a plus
