Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Producer, based in Singapore. The Junior Producer will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, liaising with clients and vendors, supporting content creation, and ensuring the smooth operation of event logistics. The role may involve some work-from-home opportunities, but the candidate must be available for in-person meetings and on-site event management.

Qualifications

• Event planning, coordination, and execution skills
• Ability to manage project timelines and liaise with clients and vendors
• Experience in content creation and event logistics
• Proficiency in communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in the events industry is an advantage
• Academic acheivement in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
