Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process quotations and PO received
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Follow up with internal teams or suppliers on pending orders
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with incoming orders and basic coordination
- Support day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
- Assist the team with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to multitask
- Cooperative and able to work effectively with team members and support daily operations
Workplace Location: Ang Mo Kio, Techplace 1 (easily accessible to public transport)
