Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, checking, and processing of trade documentation (e.g., sales contracts, invoices, shipping documents).
- Support day-to-day operational activities, including shipment coordination, LC/TR documentation, and warehouse/inventory management.
- Liaise with traders, banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of trades.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of operational documents.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations or trade support (fresh graduates with strong interest in trade operations are welcome to apply).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
