Responsibilities
- Completed projects and on-site installations
- Create and edit artworks for use across events, social media platforms and the company website
- Assist in the creation of design assets, including event visuals, social media posts, EDM visuals, website banners, and festive graphics
- Support website content updates and basic backend management
- Assist in the production and editing of short-form marketing and project videos
- Organise and maintain a structured visual library of project documentation
- Support the team during company events, exhibitions, and social functions
- Support additional creative and marketing initiatives as required
Skills& Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) familiarity with Canva and Photoshop is a plus
- A creative eye with strong design sensibility and attention to visual detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all communications and published materials remain professional and well-organised
- Interest in branding, visual storytelling, and content creation
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) for creative content development
- Video editing skills are an advantage
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Open to receiving feedback and working collaboratively within a team
- Customer service-oriented, with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Adaptive to change and capable of delivering quality work under tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask and possess strong time management skills
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Able to commence employment immediately will be an added advantage
