Job Duties:
Communications & Content Development:
- Creative development and content production of strategic communication deliverables including memos, presentations and fact sheets for diverse internal and external audiences and special projects.
- Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, digital and social media assets to effectively convey key messages.
- Manage and update internal communication platforms (intranet, newsletters, memos).
Media Monitoring and Reporting:
- Support media relations, including proactive monitoring, analysis, and vendor management.
Event Management & Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and logistics for senior visits, CCO town halls, global campaign activations etc.
- Oversee all aspects of event delivery, including creative design, content, logistics, and on-site management, working with partners and vendors where necessary.
Governance & Operations:
- Manage and ensure compliance with governance processes, including approvals and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and support all reporting obligations (quarterly, ad-hoc).
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of working experience in a communications or content role with a multinational corporation, content or public relations agency, or journalism especially in digital or multimedia platforms.
- Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Understanding of traditional and social media landscapes, with proven ability to leverage these platforms for effective communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to delivery.
- Experience creating multimedia or digital communication assets using video/photo editing software e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop,Lumen5.
