Support the planning, design, documentation, and delivery of landscape projects by translating site insights and stakeholder needs into high-quality, buildable, and sustainable outdoor spaces.
[What you will be working on]
Key Responsibilities
- Assist to prepare comprehensive landscape architecture projects from initial conceptualization through schematic design, design development, and final construction documentation phases.
- Represent the practice in coordination meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
- Provide strategic support for project coordination activities, design advancement, and resolution of site-specific challenges.
- Create impactful visual presentations, including detailed 3D models and renderings using professional software such as Lumion, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, and other industry-standard 3D applications to clearly communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to uphold design excellence, maintain technical standards, and ensure deliverables align with project schedules and requirements.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills by successfully managing concurrent project workloads whilst consistently meeting established deadlines.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance and quality control reviews of technical drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving design challenges within landscape architectural documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive site analysis and market research to inform design development, including site reconnaissance, constraints and opportunities assessment, user/visitor profiling, competitor benchmarking, and synthesis of findings into clear recommendations to support planning and stakeholder decision-making.
[What we are looking for]
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience with demonstrated design excellence and capacity for independent work.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D visualisation and modelling software including SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, 3ds Max, or equivalent platforms, complemented by working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, with proven ability to communicate effectively with consultants and clients whilst managing coordination processes and resolving complex design and technical challenges.
- Exceptional design acumen coupled with outstanding communication abilities, strong organisational skills, and exemplary professional accountability.
- Proficient freehand illustration and rendering capabilities, advanced visualisation techniques, and comprehensive digital graphics expertise.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to contribute effectively within multidisciplinary environments.
- Preferably possesses Class 2B or Class 3 Driver's License.
