Job Description
- Provide technical service and customer support during field visits
- Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing and verification tasks as provided in work order
- Recommend customers with solution to resolve and enhance customers network and infrastructure
- Work closely with Sales Team and Post Sales Team to ensure maximum success rate, reduce repeat visits
- Drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention with superior customer experience
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Produce timely and detailed service reports

- GCE 'O/'N Level, with or without experience are welcome to apply.
- Interested in field services work at customer's site.
- Keen interest to learn and pick up knowledge of various common commercial brands of network related hardware (eg. CISCO, Ubiquiti, ASUS, etc)
- Keen Interest to pick up fibre network setup
- Keen Interest to pick up VOIP, SIP services
- Keen Interest to pick up Firewall, L2, VPN, and other network solution
- Self-starter to deliver the desired customer service experience
- Ability to work alone without minimum supervision
- Ability to work on standby shift duties (on emergency call service)
